The parent company was established in 1990. Leather tanning and finishing mostly for shoe leathers shipped to Europe & Far-East. Kid, Sheep, Suedes, Calf & Buff in fashion colours. Active partner in Modeurope color & article forecasts. Biggest tanner & exporter of Suede leathers for Shoes & Garments. Office & Warehouse in HongKong. Office in China. Export and Performance Award winner in Finished Leather category for the last several years starting from 1996.
Full Shoes
Arkay Leathers has already started work on a new collection (Ladies High Fashion segment) being designed in Italy. The total production capacity is about 25,000 pairs per month. All the leather for this production comes from our very own tanneries in Chennai, India.
Leather Garments
Arkay has its own tannery back-up and Leather resources. Currently exporting to Europe & Canada with an existing production capacity approx 4000 garments per month. New leathers / colors presented every season with Italian Designs. Factory audited & approved by brands such as JCPenney of USA and Cortefiel of Spain, for their production. Arkay Leathers' Garment Factory is equipped with a highly trained and skilled team of technicians and experiened workers. Stringent Quality Audits are done at various stages of production and Final Quality Control & Final Inspection in order to meet with the quality expectations of the BEST of European clients.

Apart from our own manufacturing activity, Arkay Leathers also specialises in global outsourcing and buying services, spread over several countries, as a synergy partner. Every single transaction is inspected, controlled and monitored by our own specialised and trained people in their respective fields. This includes, Leather Raw Material, Finsihed Leather, Leather Garments, Textile Garments (Knit & Woven), Winter Outerwear (Non-Leather), Home Furnishings & Made-ups, Leather Products (Garments, Gloves, Goods etc).
